Tiff & Josh’s Elopement to Earnslaw Burn

Tiffany and Josh decided Queenstown was the place for them to elope, and they wanted it to be just about the two of them. Tiffany is a Paramedic and Josh is a Cop and they met 3 years ago when Josh hurt a burglars foot, and Tiff came to check it out.

They wanted beautiful scenery for their wedding and the choice was made to have the ceremony at beautiful location of Earnslaw Burn. Instead of taking a helicopter from Queenstown airport, they took it from Glenorchy, meaning they could get beautiful location photos along the way and in Glenorchy itself.

There weather on the day wasn’t ideal, but they made the decision to make a go for it! They actually found that the rain created a great atmosphere, and plus they found it quite fitting, as it rained on them when Josh proposed at Cathedral Beach.

They are both big fans of the tv series Friends. So Tiff & Josh personalised their ceremony by having Phillipa, their celebrant, read out the speech that Joey read when officiating at Monica and Chandlers wedding.
